Project Manager (Civil)

Specific Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and administer construction engineering activities across multiple sites to ensure that projects are implemented in accordance with plans, designs and specifications
- Manage end of month forecasting and reporting
- Demonstrate financial management skills and commercial acumen when making decisions, including demonstrated behavior in reducing costs and meeting budgets
- Delegate work and undertake detailed reviews for accuracy and adherence of delegated work packages to required project KPIs, including designs, specifications, and standards
- Manage and oversee subcontractors, including payment claims and subcontract management.
- Manage the performance of subcontractors to achieve favorable project outcomes
- Manage the external stakeholder relationship of the project to achieve a positive working relationship
- Demonstrate sound people management skills
- Identify work practices, methods and activities that can be altered or improved for safety and efficiency (time, cost & quality)
- Manage and lead the detailed planning for project activities with the site team.
- Demonstrate skills in reporting on project performance, compliance, and defects and/or non-conformance
- Manage and lead the safety aspect of works being managed through the site team
- Exercise professional judgement in resolving engineering issues, i.e. construction methods, design, engineering procedures, etc.
- Achieve the objectives assigned by the management
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- At least 5-7years work experience
- Has construction engineer background with good sale and management skill
- Solid knowledge on Engineering, data collection, analyses and design required solution
- Good up to date knowledge on foundation market in Cambodia
- Experience with residential subdivisions, commercial, manufacturing and/or office types of developments
- Numerous contacts with clients &consultants, with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written command of English

Allowance Package
The Associate will receive a competitive allowance package that is commensurate with an entry level position for a fresh graduate.
